OUR STORY
The story of Strong Ties Investments began around 2007 with a simple business idea. What started as an effort to provide Cleaning and Property Cleanout Services introduced us to the Real Estate Investment community in and around Charlotte, North Carolina.
But the more conversations we had, the more we began to hear something far beyond the immediate work. Investors, business owners, community leaders, funding sources, and everyday people were all navigating challenges, pursuing opportunities, and looking for the right people and resources to help move ideas forward.
As those connections grew, so did our perspective. We entered those rooms looking for opportunities. What we discovered was something far more valuable: the RELATIONSHIPS themselves. That realization became the foundation for Strong Ties Investments.
